Congratulations Plymouth Central Library - Shortlisted for 'Library of the year'
The £1.4million library, which moved to its new city centre location in March 2016, is in the running for the 'Library of the Year' award in this year's British Book Awards.
The council says the move sparked a 52 per cent increase in visitors and a 59 per cent rise in new members.
