Innovative sustainable learning environment
Erlev School is an innovative school with a sustainable exterior made of wood. The school has been developed as an open, flexible, and functional learning environment that is equipped for the teaching methods of the future. The building's architecture, interior design and choice of materials support the pedagogical work and activity-based learning.
Lammhults Biblioteksdesign A/S designed and delivered the school's learning center (library), which points to a future where students' need for socialising, free space and immersion are the highest priority.
The school's visions of climate control and sustainability are supported by our Nordic Ecolabelled shelving and furniture made of FSC-certified wood. Likewise, all upholstery on sofas and pouffes is in recycled materials.
Erlev School has been awarded School Building of the Year 2021 by Nohrcon.
