An elegant book collection requires an elegant setting
In this office, located in newly built premises in Malmö, front display is not crucial to find book titles; it is enough to see the book spines to enjoy the library's collection.
The high, single-sided Frontline shelving system that extends from floor to ceiling is functioning well and has been supplemented with a ladder in order to reach even the top shelves. Farther into the room a slightly lower, single-sided version with end panels in black stained oak has been chosen.
LED-lighting on each shelving bay does not only focus on the book titles on the shelf, but also contributes to a pleasant light in the room.
Halland Plus book trolley in black complements the storage of the shelving system, while a magazine display offers both storage and exposure.
